Bio

Dr. Shafei grew up in New Jersey and completed her Internal Medicine residency at St. Peter’s University Hospital, following residency training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She earned her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 2023. Dr. Shafei‘s research has focused on Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Pulmonology, and has been recognized for her clinical research, including third place in the Original Research category at St. Peter’s 19th Annual Internal Medicine Resident Research Day.
