Bio

Dr. Jacob Mathai is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He served as Assistant Professor and Core Faculty at the UAB Selma Family Medicine Residency Program in Selma, AL. Dr. Mathai completed his Family Medicine residency at Jackson Hospital & Clinic in Montgomery, AL, in 2025, where he also served as Chief Resident, and previously trained in General Surgery at Stony Brook University Medical Center.
